Return Policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return a product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days via the original payment method or bKash.

Delivery Charges

If the product is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return delivery charge.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging cannot be returned. Perishable goods and personal care items are final sale.
